Additional Hours/Rental Deposit
Extra hours can be obtained by paying a fee of $125 per hour, subject to availability. To confirm your event date, a Security Deposit of $250.00 is required, which will be refunded after a thorough inspection of the venue, provided the following conditions are met:
1. The customer and guests have vacated the venue by the agreed end time.
2. All trash has been properly disposed of in designated garbage cans.
3. No damage has been inflicted upon the venue.
